All shipping expenses are the buyers responsibility. 

Worldwide shipping is available. If your country charges import duty taxes or other similar fees on any purchases made it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay such fees when the artwork is received.

Porch pickup or local drop off in the Woodstock/ Ingersoll area is also available.

All Matted Prints and Original Watercolour/Gouache artworks are placed in a plastic protective sleeve with foam board as backing and sealed in a rigid envelope. 

Acrylics are protected with bubble wrap and sealed in an appropriate sized box. Option to remove canvas from frame and ship rolled in a tube to reduce cost is also available (restretching is at buyers expense). Please contact me directly if you would like to ship this way.

Matted Prints and completed Originals will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving an order.

Pet Portraits and Commissions take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete, depending on detail, and will be shipped once complete. I will notify customers when work is starting, once completed and when it is ready to ship.

Any Canadian-issued and most non-Canadian issued credit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Discover logo and Interac Debit cards through Square.

I currently do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me directly if there is any problem with your order.
